Garlic Mashed Potatoes

4 medium potatoes (1-1/2 lbs/681 g)
3/4 cup/180 mL coarsely chopped onion
3-1/2 tsp/17.5 mL Watkins Garlic Liquid Spice
1 tsp/5 mL salt, more or less to taste
Milk
1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Parsley
To taste, Watkins Black Pepper

Cooking Directions

Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch/2.5-cm cubes. Place onion in saucepan along with Garlic Liquid Spice, salt and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil; simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Mash potatoes, adding milk and beating to desired consistency. Add parsley and pepper. Serve hot.
Makes 6 servings.
